Military and Veteran Safety Act

Created by P.B. on April 11, 2015

In '94 the Law Enforcement Safety Act was created. This allows "qualified" active law enforcement and "qualified" retired law enforcement to carry concealed firearm within any jurisdiction and across state lines while traveling. This was created to make the streets a safer place. Streets are no longer safe with guns in the hands of only law enforcement. Military and Retired military personnel should be allowed to carry concealed firearms due to the fact that we have extensive training, field experience, and hold a true oath to the citizens of the United States of America. "Protect and Serve" means very little to the citizens of The United States besides betrayal. We the people request that the Military Personnel Safety Act be put into effect.
