My petition is in support of the military and the flyovers it provides for urban areas . The city of San Fransisco has express a desire to stop fly overs because the local government has stated that these planes are a weapon of war . I would like to see all bases in the bay area move to a more American friendly site and any federal funding paid to or provided to the city of San Fransisco stopped immediately
