I am a Corpsman in the United States Navy. I have successfully completed all required training , and also have a tour to Afghanistan where I saw patients everyday. Some of them with multiple serious injuries. I have done so much in the medical field with the Navy. However I get out into the civilian world and I can not do anything in the medical field. We have so many veterans that have skills they can use in the civilian world but our training is not recognized. I feel we should be able to take a test in our respective fields to earn at least and Associates Degree so that we can use our skills to fill jobs that are needed instead of working a minimum wage job like myself and so many other veterans. We wrote a blank check for our lives to protect our country and get nothing in return.Help?
