I believe that it is wrong to protest at funerals and that Military Funerals are no different. Military members who give their life in the like of duty should have that sacrifice rewarded and have their funerals blocked form protest.
By making Military funerals a Military formation it would make it illegal for protest at the funerals and also make anyone who is protesting at a funeral an act of terrorism.
