The United States of America has evidence that the government of Syria has used chemical weapons on it's own citizens in the current conflict. I implore the Barack Obama to use the ICC (International Criminal Court) to prove that Assad has used chemical weapons. I wish to prove to the rest of the world that we are not invaders or war mongers. I want us to be the shining light on the hill for justice. The beacon of hope for the rule of law. To lower the sword and raise the scales.
