For the Military Reelistment Code 4 to allow prior service members without any disciplinary action to obtain waivers

I am creating this petition so prior service military members without a bad conduct record can obtain waivers for RE code 4. Members with no negative or disciplinary action against them that were separated because of certain circumstances beyond their control. I was separated with a RE code 4 and an honorable discharge but cannot reenlist. How is this possible? There are many members that are experiencing the same unjust separation and I think it's needs to be reformed. Waivers are becoming available for other situations but not for members that are in need a second chance to serve their country. No matter how many years you have given before, all you hear is "NO" when wanting to serve again. Let's come together to change this as many prior service members just want a second chance.
