In mind of the future, and what is to come.

I suggest we as the people of not only the United States, and its powers, but also as a worldwide law declare it illegal, as well as immoral for any human to receive genetic modification of any kind before the age of 18, including as a fetus in it's mothers womb, unless it directly pertains to a genetic illness and/or disease, including but not limited to Cancers, STD's, Disorders, or any other directly negative genetic process. This law would restrict any modification made by either the parents or legal guardians for the sole purpose of vanity, I.E. Hair color, eye color, or any other visible vanity modification, over-exaggerated bodily modification (Such as abnormal amounts of testosterone for an otherwise normal child), Non-human genetic mutations, and/or other abnormal mutations.
