Minimize the Medicare $4500 Douhnut Hole and make medication affordable for Disabled Americans on a Fixed Income

President Obama's administration should minimize the $4500 Doughnut Hole and/or make medications affordable for U S Citizens that are Disabled and on a Fixed Income. The medications cost too much and the program doesn't much of the cost when you're in the gap.
