Minimum of 12 weeks paid Family Leave

Our children are important. We are asking the government to implement a paid-family-leave policy for a minimum of 12 weeks. Both men and women should have the right to bond with their children in the first few weeks of a child's life. A report from International Labor Organization shows that only two countries don't require any paid leave at all and we are one of them. Sign this for our children and to decrease the gender gap by making policies that give both men and women the responsibility of child care. The government should protect our rights as parents.
