James McGee Jr., a 21 year MS constituent, was denied the equal right to be secured to his own application for disaster assistance within the first week of Hurricane Katrina on 8/29/2005. 13 FEMA agents violated their oath by refusing to secure his name to his disaster application after a senior federal officer had cleared his name. The refusal to secure occurred on 09/04/2005. Documents were falsified by MSFEMA to impede a federal investigation and were submitted as fact. MSFEMA was ruled guilty in 2007 when NO arrest could be made by USDHS. USDHS surrendered and the computer granted a full appeal.
