Mister President, I respectfully suggest that our congressional efforts are erroneously directed against some firearms.

Created by S.V. on February 07, 2013

We already have a highly effective act of congress in place that has previously lowered the violent mass deaths in our nation.
I suggest that a ban is cosmetic, as the previous and most current ban suggestions in congress proves, for change a few features, the very same weapon exists.
I fire with an AR 15 and M1A in competition. On occasion, against military marksmanship teams. I earn a significant amount of money in competition earnings.
I also am a realist and understand our problems.
I suggest the following:
Restrict all semiautomatic firearms derived from selective fire military service rifles under a new title of the NFA.
Not an SSBI equal, but a NACLC.
Also, all pistol magazines beyond 1 inch below the well of the weapon be NFA.
