The MLK 400 Act- Reducing/removing socio-economic,educational,legal,jand monetary disadvantages to Black Americans

Black Americans awarded damages for unconstitutional acts of human trafficking and slavery resulting in continued disparity and lower socio economic position, educational, justice and monetary inequality that continues after the 1964 Civil right act. 14th amendment
Each Black American whose descendants occupied or were in the US prior to 1964, born of Black parents will be awarded damages as follows:
1. Free 4 years college for 8 generations of Black Americans=400 years
2.$25,000 per person to be deposited with FDIC for housing via FHA to fund suitable housing or deposit/payment on current housing if individuals so choose/discretionary
3.800 credit score blanket- forgiveness/as credit check for jobs now bars many Black Americans from employment.
4.$50,000 per person for damages/trust fund
