Kentucky County Clerk, Kim Davis, has acted in open defiance, aggression, and contempt of the United States Constitution. As an elected official, her oath of office - as is any member of the military - is to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.
Her statements such as "God's law trumps the court" and "regardless of what any man puts on paper, the law of nature is not going to change" are indicative of a domestic enemy to the Constitution. She openly defies and attacks the Constitution. She has repeatedly shown herself to be a threat to the American way of life and should be guarded against.
As an alternative course of action, Governor Beshear can mobilize the KY National Guard in defense of the Constitution and to remove Davis from office.
