A moderate increase in tax raises, especially for the ultra rich, for the purpose of aiding the poor people in need.

The United States currently have the lowest tax rates for more than 90 years and the tax rate have been plumbing since the 1980's especially for the top 0.1 and the top 0.01 percent who currently, because of Ronald Reagan, have a tax rate that is boarding to the ludicrous. The United States is the only developed nation in the world who has no form of universal healthcare. Republicans claim that it the government can't pay for it, that is true but that is only because the tax rates are lower than they have been for a century. 20 years ago, there was still an America, a great one indeed... 30 years ago, just as well and even 40 or 50 years ago. Why deny millions of people the ability to own a house to upheld the right for very few people to be able to buy 20 houses instead of 19?
