"The Modern Politic of The United States Constitution" : An amendment to the Constitution to be voted on by the Union

I am petitioning on behalf of the organization called the American people who has complete authority of the governing institutions we have put in place to protect our liberties and security from foreign matters. This amendment is being proposed as a modern and thoughtful way to usurp the government and state, in a completely violent-less way. This is the way we were asked to do it, from Mr. George Washington, in his farewell address. This amendment would be detailed though the main points being: A complete "restart" of the current State, and Government. All positions are to be relinquished to the people. Upon which the Union as a whole will discuss and produce a modernized version of the United States Constitution. Then positions filled with Union voted personnel. "Start from the base."
