Modernize the region identification of the United States.

As popularly recognized now, the United States is divided into four regions: the Northeast, Midwest, West, and South:

The current division of our states into these regions is outdated and illogical, mainly the Midwest. Out of the 15 states in the "Midwest", 11 are EAST of the middle of the United States! That's absurd.

This blatant butchering of geography leads to short but loaded confrontational arguments among our citizens. These three minutes of passionate debate could all be resolved once and for all.

We propose to modernize the Midwest to actually have Western states, and the Eastern states in the Midwest be made into a new region of the Mideast. This appropriate modification would leave the five regions:
