|The Chemical & Hazardous-Materials Negligence Protections Act.|

This petition requests: a modification to all chapters of the United States Bankruptcy Code as applicable:

(1) to delay Chemical and Hazardous-Material companies, enterprises, and related-persons from filing for bankruptcy protections - for (5) years from the date of any Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cited "negligent" act(s); e.g. spills; leaks; explosions; -public health hazards.

(2) Amplification: where gross misconduct is the finding in any federal court - resulting in a felony conviction - bankruptcy protections shall be denied.
