Every State and Territory should be lawfully allowed and required to have its own military force and have the right to seperate from the union on The US any time it chooses for crimes and violations against the Constitution that binds them together as a legal contract that is currently being violated.
All states and territories should also be allowed and required to aggree to all treaties such as NATO and NORAD.
