Modify existing Custody Law; Child Custody and Visitation Rights of Biological Child when Parents cannot reconcile.

Created by Y.T. on June 15, 2015

My name is Yolanda M. Tinsley. I have been through the worst court custody battle since 2010. I am currently residing in Connecticut with family. After 17 years of employment my job ended.

Due to lack of financial support and income I have struggled in the courts decisions based upon the father's sole opinion. Due irreconcilable indifferences and domestic violence, many fabrication were made. When parents don't get alone, the child should not be placed in the middle. It has been 1 year since I saw my daughter in person. I drove 1,000 miles to see her for Thanksgiving 2014 and Christmas and was denied to even say Hello. A police report was filed. Yet, nothing could be done unless I hired an attorney. Please review Visitation Child Custody Laws; regarding irreconcilable parents.
