We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Modify existing policies surrounding E-cigarettes and vaporizers.

Created by R.R. on May 19, 2016

Current FDA policies regarding E-cigarettes and vaporizers are boneheaded at best. For example, from
http://www.fda.gov/TobaccoProducts/Labeling/ProductsIngredientsComponent...
Vape products, such as E-liquids, which do NOT contain nicotine must bear the warning “This product is made from tobacco.” The problem with this warning is that it is NECESSARILY FALSE. This warning is only required on products which contain NO NICOTINE. The only component of E-liquids which is derived from tobacco is nicotine. Requiring manufacturers to print falsehoods on their packaging will place an unnecessary burden on the industry, as well as on consumers who will be left wondering whether the warning on their product is the truth or a government-sponsored lie.
