MODIFY BY POPULAR VOTE THE 22ND AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION REGARDING PRESIDENTIAL TERM RESTRICTION

At the behest of and for the benefit of the people, allow a popular vote; held one year prior to a forthcoming presidential election, an adjustment to the 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution that decides whether a two-consecutive term President can run for the office of the President for another four year term.

That said modification be made and adopted solely by a popular vote of the people, and not through Congressional direction, implementation, consent or approval.
