We the people petition the government of the united states to modify the US tax code to eliminate the tax loopholes that large corporate entities use to avoid paying taxes owed to the people of the united states. I site the case's of Apple computer, Microsoft, HP and other multinational corporate entities utilizing offshore tax shelters and loopholes in the tax code allowing them to avoid reporting US income and the payment of taxes owed.
