Create a bill, sign into law, and set aside funds to require all state, county, and local police to be followed at all times by autonomous, open-source drones with 360º cameras that upload their image data to distributed datahavens.
Publicly available footage from the Copwatch Drone Network will discourage police misconduct, ensure that police follow procedure, and hold all parties involved in a dispute accountable for their actions and fairly brought to justice.
Open-sourcing the effort will ensure that no party is capable of intercepting and altering the data collected.
