Monitor clean water projects to prevent corrupt uses

Created by K.G. on November 05, 2013

Clean water wells built to provide safe drinking water are used to oppress the poor. To prevent rebels or power groups from doing this, projects need to be monitored. Reputable NGOs or Water Committee members need to be appointed through American clean water organizations to observe and maintain projects for an extended time. Because Americans are going into developing countries for clean water projects it is the organizations' responsibility to monitor them and ensure ensure we are providing safety not oppression.
