I am a permanent resident of San Juan, Puerto Rico for the past 45 years. I have built a career as a Federal government employee the past 19 years and 4 months, and I currently work as a Secretary for the Command office with Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard San Juan Puerto Rico. I am a common citizen of Puerto Rico, middle class and head of household. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed with the Government cabinet running the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
