monorail trains coast to coast, armed guards in every school, bill home owners for postal services

i would like to see a monrail megnetic level train system crossing the united states to get those airplanes out of the air. if we do it right by leaking city to city and advertising the new safe way of travel not by rail but by monrail train, where cars are available at stops for convenient use.then to protect our schools put an laser boundry around all schools once laser boundry is broken alert is given.we use it around machinery for safty. then use retirees in the military it keeps them active, it is cheaper then family units.and they are relieable
