We would like all military operations to have ridiculous sounding names because war is a ridiculous enterprise and only addresses symptoms. More aggressively pursuing peace through diplomacy and fair foreign and domestic policy that promotes social justice would be a better solution. No more names like Operation Enduring Freedom. The names would be Operation Pink Fluffy Sparkle Bunny and the like. Who wants to be a veteran of the Frou Frou La La La La La Wars?
