We can use gaming proceeds to better our people and nation by use of the proceeds all going to fund Social Security. If we as a nation will allow the gaming proceeds to be directed and placed into Social Security rather than other programs, then it would also establish a better nation and pave the way for more employment and the people of our great nation could amend the current laws and Zoning for building more places of gaming and thus employ more people and the gaming business could be a much greater asset to this nation and all its people that live here in the USA and abroad.
