Form a committee or other body to Review all Regulatory bodies, Laws and Taxation, with the goal of more clearly defining which level of government (city, county, state, or national) should perform which regulation and taxation.
Once defined a review structure should be put in place at all respective levels.
Primarily; Conflicting or redundant regulations and taxations should be removed.
Removal of jurisdictional overlaps and redundant taxation should be performed in such a manner as to reduce government outlay and burden to the tax payer.
As a secondary goal; outdate laws or laws that cannot be practically applied or enforced should be considered for removed.
