We could be more efficient and healthy as a whole by using aquaponic systems on a city/ town level by using controlled conditions to grow both vegetables, fruit, and fish so weather would no longer be a factor in food supply not only that but we could generate the energy needed by converting compost into energy which could be retained from restaurants, and grocery stores who are throwing away old expired food, maybe even use solar power as a back up.
