Create more jobs and support convicted felons who have not been an active part of the recidivism rate for 7 years or more with direct job placement.
Convicted felons, or arrestees who has not been incarcerated and had no contact with law enforcement in 7, or more years should have all their civil & constitutional rights fully restored & their entire criminal history destroyed irrevocably.
Employers who have had federal and otherwise business policies for 20 - 50 years should be federally mandated to hire the convicted felons and arrestees that fit the demographic of this petition.
The creation of a national program that would facilitate this restoration process and would allow 1,000,000 convicted felons and arrestees to be eligible
