A child was abused at 5 weeks old in his own home by his caretaker and father .a week before he was sent to his fathers house because the father was so demanding the caretaker did not like that so after only one day of being in Albany ny the baby was murdered. His head was smacked against the wall. He passed away 4days later with a fractured skull. Witness.claim they seen the baby being abused as far as being shooked and no one said n e thing to the mother . the caretaker receive manslaughter and got 15 years the father got endangering the welfare of a child because he did not seek medical attention instead he drove 45 mins away to Kingston so the mom could bring the baby to the hospital he only received 1year and others in the house received nothing at all.
