The US has suffered greatly through mass shooting since the early 80's into modern day. Only the deadliest of outbursts become known worldwide, and the more local shootouts stay within its city's news stations.
These issues will not resolve themselves and although people claim to feel safe due to their, "right to bear arms" no one in America may ever be safe living with the psychotic fact that a madman can easily purchase a gun without question of his/her general intentions.
Although the second amendment can not be infringed, higher policies or rules could be used to regulate this amendment as well as limit the mass shootings we have yearly.
