More restrictions for prison residents with outgoing mail or phone calls.

I want to speak out for All the women and men effected in one way or another by the dangerous men or women with high-risk criminal backgrounds. The person I got involved with unfortunately has effected me in an extreme negative way, and even after his sentence and no longer being here, he has the legal right to contact, and mail out letters to whomever he wants. But why me? Why you? These people effected us. Women and men. Don't you think the prison walls should draw the line. And end the abusive cycle. What my petition is about, is, being one who was effected by one of the criminals that lurk in our spacious country. I want to know I'm protected by those walls being there. I want more restrictions for them, so the purpose of the prison building being there is fulfilled.
