1st let it be said that this is by no means not to protect the men who actually do commit rape. It is for the men that get accused of rape and didn't do anything wrong or were provoked into sex with a girl that knew exactly what she was doing to get what she wanted and then if she didn't get what she wanted or her parents found out that she was having sex then the young girl yells rape and the guy involved has no rights at all. She ruins his life and has to register as a sex offender for years if not the rest of his life and the girl is treated like a victim when it is the other way around.
I believe that if a girl is stating she was raped, that there should be a mandatory amount of time-like within so many hrs of the assult-that there should have to be a hospital or doctor visit.
