Certain school districts are in desperate need of money. Without this money, they have a lack of common, but needed supplies such as paper and pencils. This lack of funding may also lower security at schools. Lower security results in the increased number of possible casualties in the extreme case of a school shooting. Schools that were made in the past are not as secure as they are now, due to people's mindsets changing. I strongly believe this should be a top priority for the government. If this happens, parents would never have to worry about sending their children to school anymore.
