I ask that you require more signatures on a petition that is asking for a state to be allowed to leave the country and form its own country. I ask this because I don't think 25,000 people is representative of a whole state. For example, take California, 25,000 people isn't even a quarter of the population! Therefor I think the number should be upped to at least 100,000.
