Mortgage Companies should have to have a MEDIATION PROCESS before foreclosure sell if evidence of them MISHANDLING aLOAN

Created by R.H. on February 23, 2012

My father is 70 yrs. old and I've been handeling his VA mortgage loan. In 2009 a mortgage comp. made a huge mistake in quoting how much my father owed. The huge mistake was the differnce between his home going into foreclosure not once, twice but in foreclosure process four times. The mortgage comp. made two other huge mistakes even after the first situation. I have researched and found that this same company mismanaged military mortgages, and thousands of other homeowners. They waited 3yrs to finally try and do a modification. To end this horrific process by saying my father didn't qualify for a loan modification due the amount in the negative that had accrued for three years. They were the cause of the huge debt since it took them 3yrs. My father home has a sale date of March 6, 2012.
