Mortgage short sales and modifications taken out of the hands of banks and their companies.

Created by S.B. on December 23, 2011

The struggles of attempting a modification or a short sale is continued with stress and unnecessary delays. Banks should not be allowed to be a part of this process and the homeowner dealing with this should be able to have this done with an employed government person at a local level. Lets insisit that this is taken away from the banking industry and establish a local workforce in the areas when these homes are. Banks are making money by delays and using their companies and have no genunie interest on helping these homeowners facing this. Banks continue to delay, loose paperwork, outsource outside the US. The TARP funds should be pulled from these banks and used to establish local employment. There are many well qualified people needing work that would do a much better job.
