I as a citizen of United States living in Puerto Rico, I have found one of the The Most Outrageous salary negotiations ever made in Puerto Rico. the Municipality of Aguadilla, made a contract for $100 an hour to Mrs Yanitzia Irizarry (former Director of The Department of Family Affairs of Puerto Rico), equivalent to more than $ 200,000 annually (more than any Bovernor of any State).
Futhermore even when Puerto Rico is facing a bankrupt period similar as Detroit's economic crisis. My letter is simple, to investigate such a contract, because his parents also have contracts with the same municipality. Sincerely,
