Motion of Dismissal and Presidential pardon/expungement For Manisha Penesa in criminal cases (terminate parole, a.s.a.p)

Created by M.P. on January 17, 2016

I, Manisha Lipeka Penesa, have faced an extreme amount of discrimination and hard-ship from California's unfair justice system. Prior to convictions, in which, I had (as documented) ineffective assistance of council, I was a nurse, environmental technician and a college student. I was sent to prison for a wobbler of a "folding knife" and when I appealed I kept getting misrepresentation. I got into another case when the C.O. was a rapist and forced me into covering my head from his closed fists swings. I had head concussion trauma and was habeas corpusing my initial case (pro per). I was released after serving an extra 239 days, illegally forfeited, by C.I.W, in Corona CA.. They false claimed incident, sexually harassed/discriminated me. I've contributed to my community and founded prop 47.
