The Moton Compromise Act (MCA) May, 2016

Note: This compromise was drafted in relation to the recent “Transgender Bathroom Directive/Policy.” Established by the U.S Government under the Obama Administration. Which in part allow members of the Transgender Community, to utilize school and public restrooms.

Focal points of concern:
1. Transgender Bathroom Directive.
2. The issue at hand is not with the LGBT community.
3. Vulnerability of the children.
4. The prevention of possible future neglect of innocent children, by sexually perverse predators.

We the people ask the U.S Government in the wake of the Transgender Bathroom Directive/Policy. To Implement transgender specific restrooms. In order to prevent the future neglect of innocent children, by sexually perverse predators.
