Motorcycle gangs ride high powered motorcycles which can outrun police. Motorcycles account for a disproportionate number of deaths, including children.
Because many of these high powered motorcycles are imported we must ban the importation of all motorcycles, we must make it illegal to modify a motorcycle to have more than 100 CCs and ban any motorcycle that can accept an engine of greater than 100 CCs. We must cease production for civilian purchase all high powered motorcycles or motorcycles that can be made to accept an engine of 100 CCs or greater.
We cannot allow private sales of any motorcycle to make sure that motorcycle gangs do not get them.
If we adopt these reasonable restrictions on limiting high powered motorcycles to 100 CCs we will save the lives of children.
