The many bureaucracies (EPA, FDA, BLM, etc...) operating in the US with the authority to fine, license, regulate and criminalize businesses and the common man, all while being run by appointed rather than elected officials, appear to be operating in an unconstitutional manner since these are all forms of taxation.
We need to end taxation without represenentation by moving all bureaucracies back under the direct control of our elected officials.
