Move all future beginnings of Daylight Savings Time to Friday afternoon at 4pm.

Created by D.I. on March 10, 2013

By changing the beginning of Daylight Savings Time to Friday afternoon at 4pm, the day before it traditionally begins, it will give all Americans a full weekend to adjust to the time change. It will increase worker morale across the board by finishing the work week one hour earlier. The time lost will be most felt on Saturday morning, rather than on Sunday. This will promote a better beginning to the work week, having had two days to adjust to the time change, and will allow the majority of Religious professionals in this country an easier change in preparing for worship on Sunday morning.
