Due to the recent preoccupation of the people of Texas concerning the military exercise know as Jade Helm 15, we the undersigned formally request that President Obama, as Commander-in-Chief remove all US military installations and all facilities under the control of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration from Texas soil in order to alleviate any current or future concerns that the citizens of Texas may have about the intentions of the government of the United States of America and President Barack Obama.
