Move the Attorney General from appointed by a president to control and appointment of the Supreme Court

It has become very evident that under this administration that the Attorney General has been used for political purposes failing to act against numerous administration employees and appointees instead of remaining neutral and enforcing constitutional and legislative laws. It has become very apparent that this administrations way of circumventing justice and punishment for violations of the constitution and legislative law. The Justice Dept. needs to be placed under the direction and control of the Judicial Branch of the government, the United States Supreme Court. This may take an amendment to the constitution of the United States, but has proven itself necessary under the less than forthcoming acts by an unscrupulous administration.
