Move Congress into terminating the daylight-saving changes in spring and autumn.

Created by E.J. on March 09, 2014

Whereas: changes in times known as daylight saving hours were intended to assist individuals without electric power
Whereas: these changes occur on autumn and spring advancing the time 1 hours and retracting that same hour on each season respectively
Whereas: these changes in time presumably allowed taking advantage of more hours of sunlight when compare to the time on the clocks
Whereas: everyone has electric power, except individuals that choose not to (For example: the Amish);
Hence: daylight saving hours to occur in autumn and spring are to be terminated for being obsolete. Electric power substitutes the need for the alleged hour of sunlight that is believed to assist in farming and other production.
