Myrtle Beach, while hard to spell, is a quaint American city situated on the South Carolina coast about 2 hours north of Charleston and is home to about 500k people.
Mr. President, we are asking that you move the country of Syria to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
We believe that the Syrian Arab Republic, the Syrian Opposition, al-Qaeda, the Kurdish Supreme Committee, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and the 22 million citizens of Syria will find the town quite favorable with it's miles of beautiful coastline, warm weather, and the welcoming and warm Southern Hospitality that those south of the Mason-Dixon are known for.
As a token of gratitude all current citizens will be given an annual pass to the local Hard Rock Cafe themed amusement park.
