Move the date of Thanksgiving to be more reasonably placed during the school year.

The date for Thanksgiving would be much more reasonably placed on the last Thursday of October. People in school have time off for Thanksgiving. When is this time more needed, halfway through the semester, or one week before finals? Halfway through the year is when people are getting tired and start slacking. People need a break from school during that time to recharge their metaphorical batteries.
